Mario Balotelli faked an injury to buy an iPhone 6

Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli faked an injury to send a friend to buy a new iPhone 6 instead.
The legends surrounding striker Mario Balotelli and his bizarre behavior are legendary. The dude set fireworks off in his own bathroom for fun, what was he thinking.

So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that there are some interesting tales from his one-season stint with Liverpool. After being loaned to AC Milan for the next season, some of the stories are starting to leak out and they’re classic Balotelli.
In this story, Mario Balotelli saw one of his teammates messing with a new phone, the iPhone 6. Balotelli wasn’t in possession of the new gadget and he was envious. So naturally Balotelli faked an injury so that he would be sent back into the training complex to seek treatment.
At some point inside he must have told a friend to go get him the new iPhone 6 because when his Liverpool teammate’s returned to the locker room after the practice, Balotelli was playing on a new iPhone 6 and had several extras to boot.
He also reportedly smoked inside the team’s facilities as well. There was also a reported incident when he claimed not to know who Joe Allen was, a teammate he had been playing with for months.
Other woes and complaints are pretty typical work place stuff, he checked out as soon as he could and never stayed to work on his abilities or the team, his antics weren’t appreciated, etc.
