Georgie Smedley, 42, and daughter Jazz, 19, from Hornchurch, Essex, have become accustomed to incessant comparisons and confusion from strangers, colleagues and even family who often mistaken them not only for sisters, but for twins. And with both women sporting matching fiery hair, measuring in at nearly the same height, weight, and shoe size - as well as sounding alike - it's not hard to see why.
